Perfectionism is the belief that something is actually broken. The problem is not that we do these things, it's that we keep doing them.
No one likes a perfectionist, and probably, especially the perfectionist doesn't like herself. We have been sold a bill of goods that success is linear, and that success breeds success, and the goal is to have success after success.
What if instead, the most successful people are the ones who have a sh** ton of fails behind them? Put your work out there, you can always go back and tweak and refine and make it better later.
